We completed tiling works for two bathrooms in a beautiful three-storey home on Winchendon Road in Fulham. The homeowners wanted to create bathrooms with a distinct luxurious look and feel. Also, the owners wanted the design of the bathrooms to flow from one to the next.
We decided to pair marble tiles sourced from Stone & Ceramic Warehouse and dark blue herringbone tiles from Villeroy & Boch to create a grand yet timeless feel.
The biggest challenge faced was creating a modern and elegant look in the smaller bathroom without making the space feel too constricted. As a result, we decided to use two different tiles to create contrast in the bathrooms – including large format marble tiles to limit grout lines and make the space appear bigger. The result is a fantastic looking space which ticks all of the client’s boxes.
