We completed tiling for this beautiful indoor swimming pool in Kings Road, Richmond. The project consisted of tiling a 10-metre swimming pool found in the centre of the client’s pool house.
The homeowner wanted the swimming pool to reflect the design of the rest of the room – elegant and full of energy. Therefore, we decided to tile the pool with aquatic, multicoloured Ezzari tiles to give a distinct marine feel. Moreover, we laid natural stone tiles on the pool steps to complement the space.
First, we applied a waterproof coating directly onto the pool render to ensure the surface was impervious. Next, we laid a self-levelling compound on the swimming pool floor and allowed it to dry. Following that, we primed the surfaces. Finally, we laid the tiles and applied a two-part e-proxy grout to the pool. The result is simply sensational.
